Users must ensure that all interactions with interpreters are professional. Harassment, inappropriate language, or abuse of any kind will result in immediate termination of the account and services.

2. Confidentiality (HIPAA Compliance)

All sessions are highly confidential. Interpreters are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements and HIPAA regulations. Clients are prohibited from recording sessions externally without explicit platform consent.

3. Payments & Billing

Invoices are generated based on the agreed billing cycle (monthly or prepaid). Failure to pay within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.
